Ultra-short TE Imaging

A richer set of images

Extend your range of imaging to tissues traditionally difficult to capture in MRI with Ultra-short TE (UTE). Ultra-short echo times allow for imaging of tissues with very short relaxation times like ligaments, tendons and lung tissue.

TE = 2ms

TE = 0.096ms

Clinical Case

Learn how UTE can extend your range of MSK imaging.

This sequence is very robust, reproducible, stable and non-prone to artifacts; which make it instrumental in clinical routine. I am very excited with this sequence because it will allow us to assess the structure of tissues with extremely short T2 value.
